Over the past few days, I got my rail and tank back, plus a couple parts in the mail including the bumper.

I'm going to ask for a partial refund on the bumper. The paint job on it was horrible! There was a corner missing paint, some "rough" areas that weren't smoothed out, and a large, long drip running down the front. They seem to have good reviews on ebay and state they "cut no corners" on painting in their ad. I really had hoped this would have turned out better. Always something.

Next up is to remove as much tank rust as possible and bolt it back up with some breather tubes. I bought a weldable 8an fitting. In case I need a larger return line, I can quickly remove the factory pump housing and weld it on. Then run a return line back to the regulator. My Honda buddy with the same pump didn't have to replace his factory return line, but they might have a larger line than we do.

Got a lot done!

Mounted the new bumper. Re-cut the exhaust exit and trim ring. Then got the sumped tank back up and attached the feed line. The sump sits inline with the rear axle, so speed bumps shouldn't be a problem. Now I just need to add fuel and start her up. Little nervous, don't know why. lol

Well, it's official. The Magnafuel 4303 with stock return line keeps pressure at a NON-steady 58psi at idle. It was to be expected, but I was hoping a new line was not needed. The factory return is 1/4" and feed 3/8". Hondas, I believe, have 3/8" returns which allows them to keep the factory return on large pumps. Boo Hyundai!

So the fuel return line is restricting flow causing rail pressure to be higher than your regulated setting? Bummer. Its about time you upgraded the return line anyway .

Looking good. I assume since you have a vertical intercooler core that you've got your inlet and outlet on the drivers side? This is allowing you clearance for the downpipe to exit out the fender? Could you post up some pictures of your turbo plumbing to give me ideas?

I'm going way overkill and fabricating an 4" downpipe and straight through exhaust with no muffler lol. I'm just bored and needed a project.

There's no reason to upgrade it unless you have to. I already have an A1000 regulator with a 6an sleeved over the stock metal line. I would have left it if it had done the job. The metal line and plastic mounts are lighter than any upgrade you'd swap in. Now I'll have to bend some 8an AL tubing over the tank and drill new holes for mounting.

4" is way overkill. I believe 3" is good for 750hp. 2.5" intake is for the same. I'm almost certain you wouldn't get 4" out the same pathway I did.

I welded a 8an fitting on the pump housing. Then attempted to bend the 1/2" tubing over the tank and down to the fitting. There wasn't enough height to do it. Not to mention the pain to bend the rest of it around the undercarriage. So, I scrapped the tubing and ordered some push lock hose and fittings.

While the backseat is out, I might as well remove the rear speakers to save some weight.

Well, I dun fvcked up. Got the new return fittings and hose mounted, started her up, and pressure was able to drop down lower than needed. So all is well there. But, there was a pin hole leak in my weld. I had to get in tight next to the factory feed fitting and wasn't able to weld the new fitting that great. Tried to go back in to patch it up and accidently touched the threads. Screwed them up, so I'll have to grind it off and weld another one on. Always something....
