I messaged Bill for you.

Just a note.

The 20th of September was a Saturday.

NRG ships for us via UPS Ground.

They take 7 to 10 business days.

Today would be 8 business days.

I don't have a tracking number thta I can find with that name, maybe Bill does, he'll answer further.

I am sorry, I will get to check on this tonight.

We are right at the end on the first batch of brackets, I have ordered and paid for more. So within the week if they happened to have run out.

I will let you know as soon as I find out.

I will be away for 4 days if I do not get back to you.

Bill

as far as the brackets are concerned they were ordered last night and i have to bring my set in to get bend measurements off of them. I will receive them no later than this coming friday, the 10th. after that i will get them shipped out to NRG so you guys can get your dampener kits. i'll take the extra time needed on these to smooth the edges out.

One of my bearings has a rattle in it. I need a new end piece. Is there a way I can get that? Is it under warranty? I just need the longer of the two bearing/sleves.

Normally it would not bother me, but it makes a helluva noise when I back up. It is quite loud. It has been like this since I bought it and I just recently found out what the problem was.

Sounds like you need to take it apart and screw the rod end in. Toms had the same issue this weekend since it was taken apart.

no, it's tight, it's actually the bearing that has a gap.

it didnt do it when i first put it in. but now it does and i dont know what i have to do to fix it.
