Yeah, I just noticed that. Someone left a comment on the vid I've got up on youtube today notifying me. That sucks, but since they dont make these anymore and they were selling them for a good price, I guess they ran out quick. Glad I grabbed this earlier. I can't seem to find them anywhere else either...

What the f***. Are you serious? I was like honestly just gonna order these. Wait a second. I was looking at the american crutchfield or somthing. 300 bucks which was a good price, from crutchfield canada they are 500. The dollar is closer than that right now. Also wondering why yours looks like silver tight mesh or somthing and all the pictured one's I can find are just a smooth dark gray?

you can still add the scratch and dent plt-5 to the cart (ones that have minor blemish's, refurbs, etc but carry same warranty)

Sorry Blank, didnt see your response till today. It looks more silvery in the pictures than it is because the sun was directly on it. Its more black than silver, and it has some texturing to it. The pictures used on the sites were taken in a different light is all.

Thats good that you can still pick one up refurbed/blemished. I told my friend that he could no longer get one, Ill have to point him toward that option now, before they run outta those...

I'm gettin this thing for $525 from my local audio shop.Remeber i'm in Canada. Lol, I know i'm over paying but I almost don't care depending on that they better sound amazing. Guy says they retail for 649 but he'll cut me a deal at 525. They retailed for $649 in april of f***ing 2006. But whatever. Will I be pleased Dark Shark? Like for the money they better be good. Got an alpine ida x-100 coming too. Should be a nice setup. Just bloody expensive.

Well bro, for that price your payin, I would have weighed my other options, but I can tell you this, for what I payed and for the size of this unit, It will deliver. Ive had folks ride with me who thought I had two 10" subs. All depends on what your playin through them TBH. I like alot of fast, quick bass, like Rock, DnB, techno and the like, and this unit hits faster than any 10's Ive had before. Great performance for the size, Ill tell ya that much. And you WILL feel it, as long as you adjust the settings correctly. When are you getting yours? I personally think you'll like them. I know I do.

You keepin sayin for the size and it's scaring me, lol. I think I'll just have to wait and see. Well I have money down on it cause it was the last one I could find anywhere. So prob Friday after the one coming I would have it... Pay day. I listen to rap/r&b, techno sometimes. Like a lot of Wayne, t-pain, kanye, jeezy. That kinda stuff. If I roll up beside someone will they be able to tell I have subs or just think I have my stock speakers turned up max?
