Anthony got me some schematics of the beta 1 he has and they are way different then the U.S. spec, So im starting over. I do have the beta 1 to LC Accent schematics finished so if anyone wants them to run there beta 1 on the right ecm in the LC Accent let me know.



I am in need of wiring schematics for the 1.3L 02 Accent (England specs) to compare to U.S. spec. If the Beta 1's were that different then I fear the LC will be as well. Anyone got any ideas where to get these?

Ok Antonyr123 I am done with the ecm pin outs so here it is. I will first give you the wire number, size and color as it is on the Alpha harness, then the new number(beta ecm pin) size and color to mark it. Then a brief description of the function. I would suggest you have a system were the alpha wires have both the original pin # then the new pin # in case we need to make corrections and identify original wire numbers. I still have 2 pins that are undecided as im seeing a mistake on the U.K. accent schematics.

Still need to land the Smartra Immobilizer, other then that it is done.

Beta Harness: I found homes for every single wire on that harness except Pins 5, 6, 9, 38, 41, 51 = A/C, Automatic Trans and L-Line(diagnostic) fill those spots. L-Line can be ran direct to the OBD 2 plug. Pins: 1, 7, 10, 14, 22, 27, 35, 36, 37, 39, 40, 49 should all be blank. Pin 21 Is a Variable resistor and it needs looked into.

That looks northing like the one my coupe or accent.

Ok everything on the pin out is ready other then the possibility of you having the DMTL unit, it doesn't show up in the wiring.



Also the older style immobilizer on the beta does not interfere with the ecm, it went after the ECATS Module to prevent theft, so the immobilizer is eliminated from needing to be utilized.
