Voted to keep it open, I have been waiting almost 2 months for the headers I bought off TC to get here so the car will be mechanically ready. All it will need is molding of the WW kit, a paint, and putting the new wheels on.

If I dont make it, I'mma sell the damn car!

Chick of the month should be any spouse or girlfriend of the owner. Of course, negative opinion should be kept to ourselves to not start probs.

Better yet why not leave it open but hide all submissions until the cut off, so that those that may be intimidated by other entries will still put in. May not be much of competition but atleast you will have entries!

Yea that is a great idea. Not knowing who you are running against is a great way to get more participants IMO. good thinking.

Also i agree with the babe of the month, and the idea of Picture of the week/biweek/month. from what ive seen there are a bunch of tech savvy photo editors and amateur photographers...would keep some interest around here

I say keep it, it gives me something to work towards. One day I'll get CoTM, still got a ways to go till then though.

I know the mustang forums I was a member of before handed out specific awards at the end of each year, such as "most improved car", "most helpful member", etc... Something to think about, maybe even specific themes for each month to enter for? A few N/A only months in the calendar might be nice.

jmans - that's how it is now, with category specific months, but we're removing it to encourage more involvement so we don't have only one or two entries.
