oh yea i noticed a huge difference. Im sure its partially because the exhaust is flowing a lot better from the header to the rest of the exhaust, and because the cat is cleared up now. I cant wait to hear what its going to sound like in a couple days when its broken in and what not.

I think the increase in torque is from the header and possibly the high-flow cat. I know engines need a certain amount of back-pressure to make good torque, but then if there is too much restriction it kills horsepower at higher RPM's. I think this exhaust is a really good compromise of high flow/good back-pressure/loudness/tone.

My exhaust took about 3 months to fully "break in". The change isn't that big, but it definitely got a little quieter and deeper.

Keep us updated fing02.gif

I don't really know how engines work but I have heard . . .

Engines need backpressure like they need a hole in their head gaskets. They need a properly designed exhaust system. That will be an exhaust with pipes the right size, the right lengths, joined properly. Not back pressure.
