you're right about the 2 things. those O2's can even detect a bad cat. the reason ebay cats are so cheap compared to $800 factory are because the ebay ones are less restrictive and have next to no carbon filtration so the O2's detect this. O2 fouler will fix this. same goes for no cat/test pipe.

if you've extended the wires, make sure the connections are solid (which i know you did) and all the wires match up. it's the two white wires that confused me. it took 2 years for me to finally get mine identified with the help of bullfrog and DTN, we finally fixed it.

my first guess would be the lack of catalytic. i'd never recommend anyone to take it out after what i've been through.

One code is for bad wiring, The 2nd code is that if you have both o2 sensors reading the same value before and after the cat... 2nd o2 sensor is to make sure the cat is working ok.

Im digging this thread out

Today i received all the parts for my custom exhaust. I cant wait till i install it.

Exhaust Includes:
-28" Thrush GlassPack
-16"Dynomax Resonator
-Magnaflow Cat Converter
-Dynomax Super Turbo Muffler
-Magnaflow Tip
-Mandrel bent 2.5" piping

Ordered from summit racing, took 2 days to ship, ended up paying 350 total. Installation will be free because it will be done by yours truly (with the help of pops)

Yes a beer can, can (what?) fit in my exhaust

Still am undecided whether im going over or under rear axle. Leaning towards under. Also will be painting exhaust to slow down rust.

looking good. Make sure to paint it with weld tru primer. It can withstand he heat better then the duplicolor ceramic paint. It will cut the rust as well.

Unless your are unable to make it over axle that would be the only reason i would advise not to, because your not going to see any real gain from going under axle.

just my 2cents
