Has anyone been able to actually order and receive this kit? My SPEC Stage 5 just failed last night and I need to do this conversion ASAP which I doubt will happen because Denis is so busy.. 02.gif

Awesome, please let us know. I have been thinking of buying a different clutch to use so I can at least drive the car and break in the motor but I would MUCH rather get this so I can use the clutch I have already. You know Im ready to buy asap. Thanks

Ok, so my friend Matt (Jattus) got one of these kits from Denis a while back. He never got around to installing it and totalled his Elantra. He gave me the complete kit for a great price. One problem though. The Throwout bearing collar that comes with the kit WILL NOT bolt up to a Beta Tranny. This collar is required to use a push style throwout bearing. So what now?

I'm seriously thinking of seeing if SPEC can build me a pressure plate with a MUCH stronger center section so the stock throwout bearing won't pop out once installed and just forgetting about this whole conversion BS. 02.gif The only problem I had with my SPEC stage 5 kit was the throwout bearing popping out, otherwise it didn't slip one bit at 18-20psi.

The collar I have here bolts up just fine. I wonder if you got the wrong somehow.
