Push Clutch Conversion
Okay so I ran into an issue with the stock Clutch master cylinder and the push convertion and running the CC stage 4+. It was also a master cylinder failure, pretty gnargly, pics dont do justice, but it was murdered! I wanna blame it on the Clevis point on the stock pushrod, I purchased a new one though the dealer, and it arrived with no swiveling clevis so that is good! Also this was a 12 year old master, so i swapped both the slave and the master, now everything bites hard, and all is swell, here are pictures of the damage!!!!

You can see the dramatic S shape, the clevis was stuck in that position, and was completly demolishing the amount of throw i had!

I just had an issue with my conversion. 90% of the travel was easy, and the last 10% was hard as hell. So I pulled off the clevis and noticed that it was pretty bent up and worked its way out of the socket. I removed the chewed up plastic and rubber, then filled it with an equal size nut. Made sure the retainers were bent solidly around the socket and put it back together. Didn't really adjust the travel length at all and somehow this made all the difference! I think the socket was so sloppy that it wouldn't fully engage the clutch. Looked very similar to Turburon's where the socket was coming apart. I probably would have bent the rod eventually like he did with the incorrect travel it was producing.
I would suggest everyone do this mod no matter what you have.
