THe problems listed aren't really defects brother, it's just used. I'd give them the benefit of the doubt, but with it being dirty, the serial #'s not matching, and the obvious marks around the mounting holes from the nuts and washers, I'm leaning to the fact that they just packed up a used one on accident.

I am shipping it to REDZMAN tomorrow via UPS. He will get it probably on Thursday. REDZMAN will then immediately ship it to you guys in Korea. I'll post the UPS tracking number tomorrow when I ship it. This way REDZ cam confirm that it is indeed what I say it is "used" and "65-67mm"

 

Jay, I did read it man, I got everything you said brother. SYSTEM is saying it's not used, but if you look at the pictures, it obviously IS used, everyone here has seen them and agreed to it. You said in your post also, that their boxes ALWAYS match the serial numbers on the throttle bodies, well his did not. YES< the BBTB is coming back to you, I was going to send it to you with other stuff that I need to send to you, so I will pay the shipping and not the customer. I sent you a very detailed email about this with both of your pictures. Tomorrow I'll send another one after I have time to use paint to show how you know it's used.

Daniel, please just send it directly back, I don't want to cause any more problems than there are here, something is not coming across in the translation for some reason.

 

Redz maybe you read but you did not understand some parts
I know everything is settled but you missed the whole point about the pictures above.
System upgrade's BBTB boxes do have same exact serial numbers for each box and BBTBs do have different from the box but same serial numbers in every BBTB as you can see in the picture
So it's more like a design other than having different serial number for each BBTB and box so serial number should not match for all the BBTBs and boxes
Second, I repeatly said that was not USED but does look used while having it modified to fit RD tiburons. I admit it does look used in the pictures so that is why I want to give a refund to Daniel.

We will look at the BBTBs for you and show it to system upgrade and confirm that was the same condition as they have give the product.

Believe me, I know this very well. That is why I started this thread.

KDMguy, I will take pictures of my other BBTB and the box I recieved from you. The first System Upgrade BBTB was new and did not have any defects in it anywhere might I add, which is how I know the second one was used and not just from a drill, or mounting it up once. Some of the spots where they previous owner used permanent marker to cover a scratch/mark are hard to see in my pics but there are a lot of them on this BBTB. My other one had zero marks on it anywhere.

I will send it directly back to SFR today via UPS, I was just kind of wanting someone else to take a third opinion of it.

This BBTB is a 65mm piece. I bought a new digital cailper this morning to make sure that I gave a fair & accurate measurement.

 

I got you now Jay. No problem. Daniel, please ship it direct back to him, I wasn't going to charge anyone for shipping, just have it come out of my pocket, it's not THAT much.

 

I sent the throttle body back to SeoulfulRacing as per their (and Redzman's) request and against my better judgment. UPS wanted $105.00 with an insured tracking number and the United States Postal Service wanted $45.00 for standard 20-30 day delivery or $51.08 for priority 4-7 day delivery. SeoulfulRacing said they would credit me back for the shipping so I decided to take it easy on their budget and send it United States Postal Service priority mail for $51.08, knowing realistically that it could still take 20-30 days for delivery. I wasn’t in dire need of the cash so it was a fair trade off I thought at the time. I guess it would prove to be the biggest mistake I made in this entire transaction. Other then the receipt and the postal customs/export paperwork I filled out when I shipped the throttle body back through my UPS account I have no way to track what happened to it. Surely it would have turned up by now as I shipped it back on 4-27-07. Now not only am I out the original $300.00 I paid for the incorrect throttle body I received, I wasted another $51.08 trying to correct their mistake.

It probably will not be the last time I lose money buying parts online, however it will be the last time I deal with SFR.
