Tanc, If you pay REDZMAN for it and he gets me the BBTB I ordered on the way I'll ship it directly to you. This way everyone is happy and it'll save REDZMAN/SFR an extra shipping bill.

Just a thought, seeing as how I am such a nice guy still trying to help out SFR after all this owned.gif

Anyways they will probably want me to send it to them first anyways to make sure I am not scamming them somehow....

daniel... I believe SFR is so frustrated because of the seriously uncalled for remarks of our others members.

SFR seems very willing to make this work out.

Tanc, send REDZ the money
Daniel, ship BBTB it to Tanc
REDZ, pay for BBTB with money
SFR, send new BBTB to daniel

problem solved

You do not trust us because you think that we sent you a used BBTB when I repeatly said that I swear those weren't used. What I meant by communication is between me and you. You could have called just last time or waited for our answer on email.. but starting a thread in public without waiting for our answer or another action we would have taken for this matter.

Now you are editting your thread and adding little more things, and it seems to me you are trying to make us look worse and worse.
If you have just called or emailed us and waited for the answer, our action should have been sending you another BBTB by Express mail in 5days to you. By looking at your thread saying things like "oh i will just get it from somewhere else" and things like lies, it looked like you were not willing to communicate with us and looking for a refund. Don't get me wrong but we've been doing this business for almost 2 year now.
10-15+ transactions per day which makes 300-450+ per month 3600-5400+ transactions per year
We've been dealing with all kinds of customers trust me, and I am pretty sure we know how things work and do work out for customer and our company.

I just called up "system upgrade" who manufactured those BBTBs and confirmed that all of their boxes and BBTBs do have same serial numbers
Still don't trust us? here are the pictures

So the serial number thing is done and no further questions to ask right?

System upgrade did also confirm that they do not make 67mm BBTBs.. you will have to measure the size of the inner part not the outer part but yes you could be right about sending you incorrect size since System upgrade could not confirm what size they have given to me at this moment.

System upgrade also told us that modifying those BBTBs to fit RD tiburons they had to put it on RD tiburon's intake manifold and they had to mount and modify the holes to fit... so there you go

It's our fault that did not pre-check before sending it out.. like redz said we did not even bother checking it out and wrapped and packed to ship it out ASAP for you since we wanted to have it shipped to your ASAP.

Now our action we are going to take is to refund you $300 for one BBTB and send you $$ for shipping the item back to KOREA. We are going to return it back to System upgrade and will get the money back for it.
Hope this solves all the problems.. To those of you did try to involve in this thead and gave us negative comments without knowing or experiencing our service and product, I suggest yall to please do some search.

To Daniel, we are not trying to make you look bad or anything but we are just trying to defend ourselves from getting wrong negative images in public. Thanks

jay, you & your business are awesome, and nobody is denying that.

but the part has obviously been installed. you can see the marks from the washers, and that definitely wasn't caused by the drilling. it is also the wrong size, maybe not 67, but not close to 62.

i dont think he should have made this thread so quickly without contacting you first with his problems, but it works out good for you in the end because everyone can see how quickly you fix your problems when the very few ones do arise.

but may i suggest that you have the bbtb shipped to redz and then to someone else who is willing to pay a discounted price for it? it would save you money on shipping in the end. unless of course you plan on getting a full refund from system for it, in which case never mind.

stick around, i have no money now, but i do plan on purchasing a bunch from you fairly soon. this thread has done nothing to make me think otherwise. if anything, it's reinforced my decision to give you the money.

My public image hasn't changed about sfr. I still believe you guys are still a great shop with very good customer service.

Props to you for taking care of him fing02.gif but you don't answer pm's On your forum or ours from myself lol tongue.gif

Oh, and looking from the picture with the tape measure, its a 67mm tb. Maybe they sell it as a 65mm.

Wow, everyone still posting that has nothing to do with it.

That's fine, I'm gonna warn everyone here when I get back from my appointment.

Including the staff. wink1.gif

Look, you guys have to understand why I'm working with SFR, it's to prevent shit storms like this. The Korean businessman will fight to the death to defend his company, so next time, and this is to EVERYONE, please post simply showing the problem, and descriptions, and keep all the inflammatory shit out of the thread.

Daniel, I'm sending you the return address via PM right now.

Jay, when it arrives I'll send you some good quality pics of it and remeasure everything so you can put it up in the used section brother.
