I know it is old, however I never knew he replied until yesterday. A few days ago I started searching for this thread because of the SFR isssues that have been posted about.

SFR is not our vendor anymore, We dont support them, and i doubt bringing anything that they did wrong here attention will get anyplace. its been over a year, cut your losses and thats about all you can do. It was things like this that put a sour taste in everyones mouth for SFR.

I cut my loses a long time ago. Just wanted everyone else to know what a joke SFR is. Although it sounds like everyone already found out ion this time period.
There was a thread that was combining all of SFRs mess ups I saw the other day. I had to find this post so I could link to it. Now I can't find the post about it. Oh well.
