anyone have any suggestions for making it even better. I have a little extra cash and I hope more will donate. So if i have the cash, what else would you do if it was your meet? Door prizes, car awards for best of show, DJ, I planned on corn hole if you city folk know what that is, karaoke or something else. Give me some suggestions

sweet. glad to hear it! Get the reservation in before it's lost! the rest of the rooms at the hotel are booked and the block of ten I have set up is all that is left. first come first serve. remeber, you dont have to pay upfront. just a credit card to hold it

 

Please Note: The hotel reservations need to be made immediately. The rest of the hotel is filled. If you don't act on the block of ten rooms, there is a good possibility you won't get a room

OK GUYs. They decided to cancel my contract and now the block of ten rooms is gone. They have 5 rooms open for saturday night. so call quick and ask them for the group rate. If they do not honor the rate ask me for info on other hotels. I am kinda pissed that they canceld me without calling.
