OK. I double checked the parking. More than enough space for 40 or 50 cars. Plus there is a nice shot of huge rough cut stones, like a wall. Perfect backdrop for photos

I have also hired an amature photographer for a photo shoot of all the cars. I verified parking and there is pleanty of room for 40 or 50 cars. Plus a nice stone wall with huge rough cyt stones that will make an awesome backdrop for the photos

please email me as a form of registration since there are so many cars. and please consider the paypal donation of 5 bucks so that I have money on hand for the food. you can donate at the meet but I would prefer to have extra funds for the food and such ahead of time. I have no sponsors and it is all coming out of my pocket. email me at pitthyundaimeet@gmail.com with your model/year/trim of your car as well as your name and number. If you would like, I am now putting a dvd and photo package together for all that email me so send me your address so i know where to send it. there are over 50 people now. which means I'm shelling out money for 50 people to eat and drink. OK. we are going to try something! Since this is becoming a full scale event, I would really like to have emails as a form of registration so that I have an exact count. I don't want to run out of food. So here is the deal. email me your information as well as the single best photo of your car. I will post every picture on the main facebook page. We will then take a vote on the best photo. That photo will be featured on the cake for the meet! Sound good? I need name, number, address if you want a copy of the meet dvd, model/year/trim of your car and what forum you are from if any and your screen name. I will post each photo with a number and we can vote on the number. I want all the photos by the 20th of this month. So lets see what kind of photos we can come up with! I will not be adding photos to the vote if you are not sure you are coming. But I will still post them none the less. also please feel free to paypal your donation when you send the email. Not only will the donation help to cover the food, but it will help to cover the cost of the photographer, the videographer and the meet dvd/photo package that I will send to everyone that supplies me with an address
