please PM me if you plan to seriously consider going so that i can keep track. I now have the invitation out to 7 hyundai forums and I REALLY need to start keeping track for the sake of allocating my funds. PM me your full name and your cell. I want your cell in case a problem were to arise the day of the meet. That way I have a spreadsheet of everyone's names and numbers. so please PM me. Also, that helps me help Iheart keep track of the OP so she can add names. If you just want to be added to the maybe post, make it clear in your post here that it is a maybe.
Look forward to meeting any of you that wish to attend. This should be a great turn out.
also please consider the 5 dollar donation when you attend. This is all coming out of my pocket. no sponsors.
Let it be known that there are over 30 people now that are attending with all the maybe's considered. I plan to take a whole video shoot of the meet when I can (anyone with a camera that wants to donate footage feel free) and I hope to have a nice spread of photos and videos and maybe even a DVD of the meet for all the attendees. I have even considered T-shirts if the donations come in via paypal. This is getting big and should really kick off as a memerable meet if all goes well.

also there is an after party. but it is by invitation. if you would like an invitation feel free to ask for one but i would like to get to know you a little bit. really the invitation is to control the quantity of people at my house, not the quality. so please do not feel offended if i decide my house party is packed and I do not offer you an invite.
OH! and one last thing. Please make your reservations before may 30th at the comfort suites. I have promised ten rooms and I really need help filling those rooms. the place next door is 20 bucks cheaper, but the comfor suites has nicer rooms and it would really help me out as our company sends business clients and out of town employees there. So they offered me the discounted rate. Please consider staying there as opposed to the place next door
