Sr20 Tib ?
yeha 4 grand for a s/c is a little more money than i would want to spend on something with that little power increase. i know i can get more out of turboing my car. i think im just gonna take it to a reputable shop over here and tell them what i want and to make it happen!
i need injectors, bottom end build, cluth and flywheel, upgraded fuel pump, full turbo kit. im thinkin T04Z turbo. (matbe a little too big tho) front mount intercooler, smt-6 and i think that should be all eh?

Go with the megasquirt man. More options and about the same price.
CP pistons from http://www.jgycustoms.com/CP.htm
If you want Pauters here: http://importperformanceparts.net/
Lowest prices I found and shipping was super fast from both places.

1.8L pistons and rods is PROVEN to hold 28lbs REALIABLY on the SFR team car.
take a lesson from those who have been doing it for awhile.
my vote would be $300 dollar 1.8L piston/rod combo and say a $600 T04E at around 20-25 lbs on it. throw in smt6/dual rail for around $1k and then all your turbo parts(manifold/IC/pipes) your looking at around $2000 more for real good parts. but you can SAFELY get 350whp out of a set up with those parts. and thats around $4k invested.
you can get deltav6's around my town for 300-400 bucks. its the 6spd tranny that puts the cost on that swap.

i'd say start boosting on the stock engine to begin whit, once you'll get used to it go with forged pistons and good rods
slap a super 60 or a t3t4 and boost around 12 psi should get you in the low to mid 13's
you'll need a good clutch,a LSD is also a nice touch
intercooler and piping ,turbo and maifold
2nd gen dsm fuel pump
for fuel tuning you can go with the megasquirt if you have some good local tuners
or go with dual rail and a smt-6 it'S easier to tune and if the car is dayly driven you will retain 100% of stock fuel economy and legal obd2 stuff
so far i have a few local running low to mid 13's in fuel bodied tib dayly driven and i'm running high 12's in my accent with out too much practice with the same combo (car is my dayly driver including winter beater)

heh, and at the same time a built SR20 could kick the beta's arse any day of the week. What you folks seem to be forgetting is that just hitting the hp mark isn't the point: driveability at the same horsepower is just as big a deal. Ask java just how driveable his super-high hp beta is, then go ask a skyline owner the same question.
About the Enforcer SC kit: I gave you the link to NGM's development thread above. It made 40hp with very low boost (only so much that the stock fuel system could handle it), on a stock elantra which has like a 1.5" Exhaust and also very small intake. That is amazing on stock everything, so don't go by 40hp, go by their target which is (again, like I mentioned above) 250whp.

as far as a turbo build...first thing i would do is get Corky Bell's Max Boost...Im doing a turbo build and this is what i have got so far...
SSA turbo manifold
14G alpine turbo w/downpipe
alpine intercooler/piping from turbo to intercooler
SMT 6/turbo box
boost/fuel/oil psi/oil temp gauge
GSX fuel pump
soild motor mount
south blend clutch (already on car)
dsm 1g bov w/flange pipe
custom 2.5" under axle exhaust (already on car)
apexi turbo timer
turbo xs single stage boost controller
what really matters to you is how much boost you want to run...like me i want to start out small and work my way up with more understanding of tuning myself

Add another $4-500 for misc. couplers, clamps, and ss braided hoses as well, it adds up quick.
I wouldn't necessarily call 350 whp "super" high hp. I am somewhere in the range of 300 on a stock bottom end as I have mentioned earlier, and drivability isn't bad at all. Sure it's not as great as a stock tib, but that's mostly because of the stage 4 clutch and the stiff ass GT Pro coilovers. That's why I have my daily driven civic that averages 35 mpg!
No offense but unless you are going for the different card, NGM's charger kit is a joke. For the same money you could put down another 100 hp. Superchargers on 4 cylinders are inefficient as hell.

i would said that a good way to start! that the way we did for my car, and i can't complain
