Just thought i would show some pics of my forced induction intake manifold im about done with.
It consists of sch 10 1.5" runners with a 4" dia stainless tube split (makes it about 6" dia) 70mm throttle body (other tb is stocker) and will have 8 injector bungs not in yet. All stainless construction will be electro polished to match new turbo manifold, ic piping, and compressor housing. wink1.gif

Personally, I would want much shorter and straight runners. Like the ones I showed you in your other thread. That's how all the manifold manufactures make them for boosted cars.

Please update the progress as it goes, wondering what this IM is gonna do by the numbers. DrivingTibNaked, grounding the wipers at least produces 30hp to the wheels.

I wanted to keep my lower end power as this is a daily driven car not just a race car. It is far better tahn the ram air manifold (only one available for us) as far as less bend and shorter runners but not so short that i will lose all bottom end. Plus if i was to make the runners straight than the lead in to the head wouldnt be right and it would make an un nesassary restrictive point against the top of the intake port. I know it will be better than stock mabey not as good as a engeneer designed one but good enough for me.
