New Intake Manifold

Would you ever re-produce that? How much$$?

same questions as above...

adam, if you might ever produce these, let us know, i might get rid of my air ram for this..
As of right now i do not produce these, they are difficult and unproven at this point. I will be using standalone ecu setup so no idle air motor needed, throttle cable modification may be needed, tps sensor is off a ford along with the 70mm throttle body, tb is not in the same position as stock, loss of cruise control, and a few other things i need to work out with brake master cyl, vacume ports, ect. IF AND ONLY IF you plan on using a standalone would i recomend somthing like this. It will require some modification on your part but it is possible, I would also like to prove that everything is working before i would ever produce them. I will let you know when i feel comfortable doing so. cool.gif

Sorry bro, but unless you have some dyno or flow comparisons, you can't compare that to the airram at all.
Just not a valid arguement.

honestly i think the aiiram will outperform this thing....
The airram doesnt have a surge tank at the top, it has that sloped design so each cyl gets an equal amount of air (which isnt tough but whatever)
the biggest plus of the aiiram is it has velocity stacks ontop of each of its runners.....

The sloped plennum on the ram air isnt as good as it is made out to be. It dose work in some conditions but not all. Look at alot of top import drag cars what do they have, Large plenums with short runners. I have not yet once seen a full out drag car with a tapperd pleunum that is turboed.
As far as the velocity stacks mine has them inside. I posted that i would do that along time ago.
Anyway say what you will only time will tell, I plan on dynoing my intake manifold vrs a stock one eventually.

just take a look at most DSM cars ..
the top running intake manifold is the Magnus... wich happens to be slopped also

you might be suprized but air flow dynamics isnt an easy thing to do im not saying mine is perfect hell mine could be as far off as you can get, but affter reading and researching i have decided to do a large plenum due to its proven potential vrs the tappered plenum if it worked so well woldnt every race team out there be jumping all over it? Take a look at edelbrock intake manifold for a civic how about even a computer engeneered on by ENDYNE one bad ass company they computer designed an intake manifold for compensating for pulsation of air flow. before you knock it let me prove it. Oh and i was saying that my manifold is far better with the lesening of bends vrs the air ram has a 90 deg bend not a 40 deg. Do some research hell just read corkey bells maximum boost.
