It was Tim's first "good" manifold. You don't remember me fighting and waiting 8 months for it? lol
I just found out his company moved here to SATX.

no, i was to busy worrying about if i would get mine or not.. LOL
or i was probably to busy waiting 8 months for erebuni to ship out my hood to care about what anyone else was waiting on. HAHA
in all seriousness, those manifolds were pretty nice for the price in my opinion.

I paid like $800 for it and a downpipe.
The downpipe is severely cracked, so it's garbage now. I could probably patch it up, but it wouldn't look good to me. I'd rather build another.

Here's an update so you don't think the project has stalled..............again.
Been throwing money at the car, but not for the larger items mentioned above. $5 here, $30 there, $10 over there.
Paints, cleaners, tools, blades, sand, flanges, bits.......
Finished porting head, although it just got opened a little and the dividers got shaved down.
Head is installed. Found out I couldn't use the R-Side cam sprocket on a Beta II cam, and Beta I cam won't fit in a Beta II head. So, I'll just have to deal without it.
The plan is to fully build another head later down the road once I hit 400whp and start floating the valves.
Had to sandblast the old paint job off the turbo manifold. Then cut off the 38mm 2-bolt wastegate flange, and bought 2 44mm flanges to mount a 44mm Tial wastegate. Will probably take a week to come in.
Found a Honda half core radiator super cheap locally. Then bought a 12" slim fan that mounts in front of it. This setup gives a crap ton of space. Hopefully it will cool the motor enough. If not, I'll either try out an aluminum dual core of the same "half" size, or go back to a full radiator...........whatever.
Bought a turbo rebuild kit. Lost my snap ring pliers......grrrrrrrr.....need to buy new ones.
Using the stock flywheel. Needs to be resurfaced.
And that is what's on my plate. Pretty boring stuff.

I'd spec STOCK! I really don't know if I want to go with a high lift cam. I'm fairly confident that the stock cam will support my goals, and I'd hate to lose low end driveability. Until I decide to make it a full straight-line drag car, I need to wait on things like cams and removing all the interior. There's much more important things to buy for the head, like springs and retainers. Valve float will come long before my goal.
Nice sig. PM'ed you.
j/k lol

LOL, amazing.
Hopefully I don't have any issues with my forged rods. Mine are cower though, bought em from someone on here, hooking them up to wisecos as well.
I went with blue on the block (matches the car) just for kicks, I got the idea from denis. But I'm really glad I did now. You can spot leaks so much easier.
