Wow!, I never realized there was that much difference between the heads ports.,so ,you'll be using a Beta I(3 layer) head gasket I imagine?. What compression are you running this time Jon? 9:5:1?

I have a standard MLS gasket. The Wisecos are 8.8:1 CR.

Just bumping this and posting my clutch conversion.






Beta II Push Clutch Conversion with stainless braided clutch line. thumbsup1.gif



Cut out collar, tacked it to the stock collar. Didn't want to melt it, so I just did a few spots instead of a long weld.

I'm on it. The head is next. I've been porting it, and it's taking a while. But I'm thinking about sending it to a real shop cause they can get in there better. After that, just need to drop it in and find a tuning platform.

This little guy has been keeping the Tib safe for the past few months. He comes out to visit me almost every day. Not sure exactly where he sleeps.
