Well, I just found out some bad news.
1. I pulled the manifold and 60-1 out of the Tib to clean it up and do some modifications to it. I first found that the turbo doesn't spin very well at all. Maybe it lacks oil, but I'm sure it's going to need a rebuild.
2. There's a huge crack on the downpipe that Tim made. It's a fairly thin gauge pipe. It doesn't look repairable at all without having a nasty patch showing.
The manifold still looks intact though. However, if the rebuild is going to cost as much as a new turbo, and if I need to make a new downpipe setup, then I may just go with something different completely. I really wanted a new intake housing anyway, and the exhaust had a 5 bolt flange that sucked for removal. Perhaps I'll go with a slightly bigger turbo, and make a v-band exhaust.
Whatever I chose to do, it's going to take more time and more money. I thought I'd have the Tib back on the road soon, but that fell through.

Oh yea, I have a Beta II head coming in the mail right now. I'm not going to do anything but port it. A completely stock head should be fine for at least 500hp. But a little porting should help it breathe a lot better.
