Glad you got your setup working right finally, I understand what it takes.
Beta II Tib with an Alpine MP45 SC kit, SRT Neon primary injectors, SMC water/alcohol injection, FIC piggyback, 57mm SC pulley, Injen CAI, Borla exhaust.
My SC has about 45,000 miles on it. I am about ready to send it here to get it overhauled and have the inner case coated and rotors recoated. I have talked with him and he sounds like he knows what he's doing.

Post some pics of the Singh grooves in your cyl head, I have a spare head and want to do the same to it.

For the guys who want to singh groove their cylinder head, have a look at the album. I have put all my pictures up there.

Step 1 : Mark an outline of the gasket onto the cylinder head using permanent marker
Step 2 : Decide where you want your groove, mines are in between the valves on both sides
Step 3 : Use a small triangle file and start filling away, careful to collect any shavings
Step 4 : Smooth the groove out using fine sand paper
Step 5 : Put engine back together and enjoy!!
Careful not to get too close to the gaskets and not too deep.
It is hard to make out the little groove opposite the big groove in the picture

regardless, you are pushing good numbers...now you just need to do meth injection to help cool even better and then you can raise the boost...

I think he's got his system about maxed out on boost, from what I was reading yesterday, and comments here, that thing is at the edge of it's use.

12 psi is about the most you can squeeze out of the MP45 and even at this pressure the little supercharger is working very hard, so efficiency is out the window.
By adding the meths/water injection it will bring the temperature of the charge down and help with overall power. But I did not go with a supercharger for high horsepower figures, if I wanted them I would have gone with a turbo.

Really? I thought it was WHP. I'll have to take another look at her old posts, I saw some yesterday while searching but never looked closely.

Wow, that's alot of parts for 165whp. My last dyno was 155whp NA and I was actually making more when I sold the car. I wonder what kind of dyno those numbers are from.
