I have 2 10" Type R's and hit 138.2 db with the NINe.1 not quite halfway up! AND, I only had a 60 amp fuse available for my main lead wire back to the amp. I got to compete for 2.4 seconds before my sysem shutdown due to the tiny fuse I had! My volume on the stereo was only about 2/3's up as well! I am terrible at panning ahead for shit! lmao.gif Yes, the type R's are amazing. Didn't you hear mine when I was in ABQ in October?

Edit:

Damn, I cant type fast enough! Maybe I misunderstood you. Do you NEED firewire for your iPod or do you need RCA line in?

Here is what I mean:

Here is another, this one comes with extra cable to connect to your iPod:

Looks Awsome! Damn, might be time to upgrade my alpine in the near future!

This is what you need for seamless integration of your iPod with the Alpine deck:

shortyg83: That's definately a possiblilty. But, for the same amount of money, you can get the adapter have it HARDWIRED into your deck. I would say this is the better option.

ABQ- I checked the entire thread, I couldn' find your Q. what question did you have about what subs?
