Ok, I got 2 12" Alpine type R's, a capacitor off ebay, and a JL audio 500/1 amp.
So you guys reccomend Audiobahn for the front/rear speakers?
See if I can find some good ones.

Good choice on the subs. What sort of box will you be putting them in? Also, do you have an aftermarket HU? I would recommend that first, then new front speakers and an amp to power them.

I've got Audiobahn DUB 6 x 9s and 5 1/2s in my car. They sound great. Crisp highs, deep bass. Got em on Ebay, along with my headunit.

Good stuff sinister ^^^

Well at the moment I still have the stock HU. Not quite sure how to go about getting a new one since the stock one is like this big azz square.
Is it pretty easy to hook up a 'normal' sized one? And maybe put some switches or something in the remaining space.

Oh the box is the Alpine one, these are the subs that tanc was selling.
Great seller if you ever do business with him.

A new HU is really easy to hook up. If you buy it from a place like Crutchfield or Sounddomain, it will come with a wiring harness and dash kit. The harness will make it simple to hook up the new HU to the Tiburon wiring harness. The dash kit fits the stock stereo opening, and usually has a small pocket underneath for storage or whatever. You could always remove it and put gauges in there if you wanted to. For HU brands, you really can't go wrong with Pioneer, Eclipse, or Alpine.
