step 1 - tape off everything! remove any panels you dont want in etc,
that is a pic of the spare tire well, but im also doing some of the sides

step 2 -okay once you've laid in the fiberglass(1 or 2 layers, only enough so you think its strong enough to pull out the mold), then pull it out(your car will smell like ass for awhile, you'll get used to it then itll go away. after u pull it out add more layers of FG about 3-5 depending on how thick you want it.

step 3 - mdf rings READ--> http://web.njit.edu/~cas1383/proj/mdf/index.htm
here are mine drying

step 4 - I built a frame out of 2x4's and screwed the rings into it, that way i could make sure they were @ the same height and angle, then fiberglassed some wooden dowels to support the rings, and after unscrewed them and got rid of the 2x4's. result?

step 5 - next u wrap the entire enclosure in fabric, u want a fabric that stretches very well. ppl use fleece, i think it soaks up too much resin, i use anything i can find in the "discount bin" at my local fabric shop. add more layers of FG, sand, fill in pinholes, sand, sand, and some more sanding, then prime and paint.

and 1 more secret if your enclosure doesnt meet the minimun requirement for cubic feet inside the box fill your enclosure with insulation(ie)pink panther) and in short, it makes your subs think they're in a bigger box.

keep in mind this is a very quick DIY, im making a full DIY with tons more pics, but im currently gettting 2 degrees in university, and taking another side course on top of that, as well as working full time, so you can see why i dont have much time/money to work on it.
