That looks nice!! fing02.gif
But how do you turn your screen on now?

I'm still debating with myself If I am going to do it your way (no buttons) or like Java (with buttons).
The main concern for me is at night (or without me in th car) with those ***** trying to get in when they see the screen.
Any solutions? But not by removing the screen out of the car....

Offtopic: Java? Already checked for the tails? tongue.gif

Thats where mine screwed up I think, with the buttons. I would recommend removing the button panel, or moving it above the screen somehow.

OT to Domi: No, but will bring them to the PO tomorrow... Sorry.... 02.gif

I taped the power button down lol, i'm sure there's a way that you could just remove the button and solder it so it thinks it's always on. If that doesn't work i'll have to turn it on with the remote control each time, i extended the IR sensor into the ash tray. That'd be the ghetto way, but there is an actual mod you can do that requires soldering a resistor and a capacitor to the control board, i just don't want to screw up my $300 screen as I have the fine motor skills of a four year old.

As far as theft goes, we'll see. The way it's set up is three black panels when the screens off, so they might not even notice anyting. also, the screen is fiberglassed in there so they'd have to disassemble the whole console to get it out. I'm not extremely worried about it though.

Pudge, did you read this thread?

http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/showthread...t=lilliput+auto

I couldn't get mine to take the code, maybe I am doing it wrong.
