wow, that's alot of damage mang. To me that looks like maybe gasoline sprayed all over the engine and caught fire? It looks like it was definately fueled by something which is not normally in the engine bay.

dtn it was oil, a bunch spewed out of the dipstick again and ignited.

mwood, i got a bunch of parts from tib_500 but i still need water sensors, hood, valve cover, etc.

abstract art. burnt engines will be the new fad. kinda like the burnt exhaust tips? haha gotta love my lame sense of humor. to me it only looks like visual damage. bad but i'm sure it's a pain in the butt.

that looks like a fun time... not really, thats really crappy, i think i was close to having the same problem when i first started my car, the bolt on the fuel return line wasnt all the way tightened and when i started it up gas started pouring out, but luckily my mom noticed it and said something lol. But hopefully all goes well and you get it fixed and back on the road.

and i have to say it

"that will polish right out"

It'll polish right out, as long as you apply polish with a ratchet and socket set!
