Nice! Is that the $8.99 ebay 99 Eclipse non-turbo CAI? How did it fit? Looks like perfectly...but having your battery relocated surely helped.
Looks so nice though, I'm jealous!

You get a motor, drop it in and hook up the sensors. That it.. JK. I will give try to give good details later. I'm just to busy right now to think about it. I just want to drive it... cool.gif

It looks really good man, you did a great job! Sadly enough those headers still have some discoloration to go through, hopefully not as bad as mine. It looks like everything fit perfect pretty much. Is that the elantra intake tho? It looks smaller then a beta intake for some reason. Everythings so clean in your engine bay!

Yes it is the eBay 99 Eclipse non-turbo CAI, I had a spot cut out in the plastic wheel well before I got the intake. That where the filter is living at. It fit great; with the batt gone it just fit that much better. I just need to get something to block the ports coming off the intake.
Thanks capn, yea the headers did turn a little color. But I have headers now and I cant complain

you can keep a/c in the beta accent..use your existing a/c parts, lines, evaporator, condensor, lines, switch..
the only difference is you gotta use the beta a/c compressor but the a/c fitting's should fit with no problem..
interesting how the 99 eclipse cai fits the beta LC..i gotta get one!!

Running great. No videos yet. The eclipse intake fits great for me. I had my wheel well cut, the parts that leads into the foglight area. I have the filter their.

Thanks.
That sh*t got everywhere. I was itching all day after I installed it and then some the next. My recommendation is to wear a long sleeve shirt when installing and possible a dust mask as well.
