is it aluminum? aren't you afraid of overheating with a smaller rad on the beta? I guess you won't know until you try it but if your putting in a small dinky plastic radiator I would be looking for a back up already just incase.

The spacer won't be hard to do unless it's hard to find longer studs. Then it could be a problem unless the Beta studs are really long already. I like working with aluminum. It would be time consuming but not very hard to do.

I can afford time, it's when things get expensive that I run away screaming. lol. I've built aluminum spacers/restrictors for EGR valves and carburators before but never a header spacer. And I've port matched my intake manifold to the head...so it shouldn't be a problem but it might take a full day to build it.

A fair number of people are running the Beta with the half radiator without problems, but it is awfully small.

Or we can use my old header flange off my obx headers, cut it, and tig weld it onto your new headers to make them stick out more.. Cause i can tig weld. And we have a pimp tig welder at school.

The problem would be getting the car up to your neck of the woods. I will take your muffler as long as it dont sound ricey. I'm going for the stock look. Does it sound like a Borla?

I dunno.. I dont think i have any vidoes with that exhaust on it. It has a flowmaster hollow ting to it. I liked it alot. I think Floyd heard it.

I do know that the same muffler is on the golf, and is on my dads blazer. I like them alot. lol

It's less burbly than the Borla, maybe a tiny bit louder, but deep like the Borla.
