Thanks for that. Its soo easy for to focus on the bad, and we have plenty of evidence of that from Socks alone. He's just a pissed off kid working a job that's not going to take him anywhere, and anyone who tries to rise above that kind of life should be put under the microscope to point out what they've done wrong. Trust me, if I had a kid instead of a corporation, I wouldn't be doing all of this, and I'd just bail on anything that put some sort of threat to my child. This is my child, so the comments are just a much a threat to me as if you tried to knock over my baby stroller. Socks couldn't get further on my bad side of he took a crap on my front porch.
Sorry I'm a goof and forgot to mention that the tracking number was for BaxGlobal.com and as far as the dates being weird and mixed up, I dont know guys, I just copy and pasted from the info on the page. Give it a shot yourself. I really dont know what's up though, except that ITZ asked me for your number again Jon, after I've sent it multiple times. At least they finally took care of the last thing they screwed up when they shipped the wrong part to Redzman.

SOCKS, I know you care, but lay off just a bit, let Chris get this stuff fixed. He IS fixing it.
Jon, here's a link for that tracking #.

He's right, that's exactly what it says.
I'd call up BAX with that #.

Once again, I need to do your job I guess.
So I called BAX. They said they attempted delivery on the 13th, but of course I wasn't home. Would have been nice to get the delivery date so I could have been.
Anyways, they said they left messages with the phone number BAX was given, which was yours, Chris. Since you are not returning their messages, they have the hoods sitting in a warehouse.
So the guy gave me a local number to schedule a redelivery. They are going to try again tomorrow.
You have 3 more hoods to deliver, so try to get this straightened out so the others won't have to go through this.

Wow, that sucks. Importtrenz likes to f*** up the little details, like shipping the correct bumper, or replying to emails either.
Just glad you tracked them down, but it sucks that this is a month overdue because of it.

Great to see you catching up Chris.
Since you haven't gotten to posting in the FG EVO hood topic I'd ask you here publically. I'm a little confused with all the different locations of posts on costs, pricing, and payments.
Answer me this, you asked us in the FG hood sale that the cost of the hood is 300 plus 150 for shipping. I sent the 300 then waited. Then you post that it's gonna cost you an extra 50 to cover all costs and we should pay that if we're feeling generous in your cause. I decided not to for the long wait. Then, in this topic you post on the first page that FG hoods will be 415 shipped. What's the deal?
Simply, should I be expecting shipment soon? What am I supposed to pay you now for the hoods, 115 to make my total invoice 415 or 150 making the invoice 450? Have I made a mistake somewhere?
If any of the other five who ordered the FG EVO hoods are confused or know the answers to these questions please help me out, Thanks.
JonGTR glad to hear your hoods are in!

It should get delivered this evening. I'll take all the pics you want. Just let me know if there is anything specific you need.

Umm, no, it wasn't IT that screwed up at all. I just got done talking to the BAX Global lady again. Very nice and helpful.
The first number on the package was the shipper, Import Trendz. So she called them as soon as the package became undeliverable. ITZ doesn't know anything about me, so they gave her Chris' number to get my info from him. So BAX then "called Chris several times", says the nice lady, and "left several messages" that weren't returned. So until I called, it would've just sat there in their warehouse.

Ehh, Jon, he hinted to your number being bad some time ago.

Don't know who to trust there, but he did say it.
ITZ may have been good to you, but they haven't been good to Bhurlin in the past, they haven't been good to me at all, and they waited 6 months or so to ship the correct front bumper.
Yeah, Chris has his faults, and it should never have taken this long, but ITZ isn't perfect either.
Oh, then there's the other f***up ITZ did with the bumper. No return postage/labels/shipping information to get the first bumper back.
But they are perfect, right Jon?

Good news and bad news. I'm sure you can guess what the bad news is after I tell you that the good news is I got the hoods.
ITZ did really well bubble wrapping one of the hoods as you can see in the first pic. All corners were wrapped. Then threw the other one in the box without wrapping it AT ALL. WTF!?!?!
So there's a nice chip taken off the rear passenger side point. About 1/2". I'm sure the corner can be remolded or formed, but anyone know what this kind of stuff costs? I've never had body work done before.
Here are the pics. Let me know if you need any more.
