you want a picture or what bro? I just sent your phone number so the first two can be shipped out to you in FG. So far the only one that has shipped was the first piece, which was in Carbon. Take pics when you get the hoods. Pay for shipping, or the other orders will be held up, but like I said, I'll send you tracking info before I expect to be paid for shipping.

I guess it's been a week since Jon posted in here and almost 2 since Chris did with his tracking promise. Wonder if anyone's gotten their hoods that did pay for shipping?!

7202536077, I haven't sent shipping either and I won't send that $150 until I can be sure that the hoods are coming! Chris, I stuck with you, just like the other guys on this site did, but getting delayed over and over again has worn my patience. You've got my address, you've got the paypal invoice for my $300 for the hood, you will NOT get the extra $50 because of you're failure to properly estimate costs when you set the price in the sale. In fact, for all products that you are sending out late you should be offering a discount. Don't take that personally, look at it as a friendly suggestion to reclaiming your reputation, like you keep saying you want to do so badly. Successful businesses want to keep their customers coming back.

Let's see the hoods!!

I still don't have the tracking number either. The hoods should have been here by now, even with the holidays going on.

wow, so glad i didn't purchase/loan the money for these hoods.. come on, the hoods are 'supposedly' done, but a tracking number can't be given out after two weeks..

you always razz me and complain that i go around ruining your business, telling people NOT to risk buying through you, but why should anyone recommend it.

even IF half of this is import trenz fault, which i highly doubt, its not their fault that you didn't pay them to start the hood until about a year into the group buy, and its not their fault it takes you 2 weeks to even provide a tracking number..

Bill only knows as much as I do. ITZ said they shipped all my products out, and only sent me tracking numbers for 2 of the 5 things. If they did in fact ship all the parts, then Jon should have his hoods by now.

Then why arent you on the phone with them right now getting the other 3 tracking number and making sure it all shipped? That's your job.

Seriously, when I called ITZ, they took a whole 2 minutes to look everything up and give me all the info they were allowed to give. They actually seemed pretty organized. 2 minutes of your time to find these things out......
