majik, i seriously doubt it. depending how you wire it, it can be completely independent of the factory electrical system. i think i've just stumbled upon some really bad luck, and bumped something that just-so-happened to already be on the way to shorting. fear not.

 

yeah, I highly doubt I'll have troubles. My only problem is, my car decided to go into the shop 2 weeks early... so I'm hoping I can get Chris to send me my headlights soon, while my front bumper is still off (that bumper is a PITA to get on and off) but I haven't have any luck contacting Chris. I don't know if he's gotten my messages :-/
