would a lose oil pan do it? maybe is leaking somewhere. this started after i did the turbo. which had me take off the oil pan, maybe it didnt seal well or something.

its not the oil pump as this started after my turbo install. never was an issue till then. it might be the type of oil i used. ill look at what i used today. and post it up. also, it could be the pressure of the oil pan is getting out via a leak. or something gay like that coudlnt it?

it might be it . FIRST check the oil pump and pan. it now works harder.
Second, check the chein i mentioned

didnt you run oil to the turbo..? that would stress the pump more. just saying that its a possibility still. in fact it would make sense

i didnt run the turbo. i took it off before i got it running cuz shit happened and i couldnt keep it. its sold and car is stock enigne, except for exhaust and cai.


type of oil = pennzoil sae 10w-30

It's all synthetic, correct?

Try and put in 15-40, semi synthetic. makes stuff quiter....
That's what they recommend.


you Should check the pump, It's not that it's ot working, it simply dosen't generate enough pressure.

10W-40 is semi synth
15W-40 should be mineral oil

on the bottle can be 3 labels:

1. fully synthetic - it's synth oil
2. synthetic technologies - it's semi synthetic oil
3. mineral (or something)
