well this is the final deal on the car... it's going to the junk yard... i'm done with the tib... i've bought a 1991 acura integra and a 2001 chevy tahoe. I get to go pick up my integra next week... gotta drive down to georgia to pick it up.

about the boost level... was running .5 bars... just under 8 psi... my kit was the speed-factor kit with fmic... so i had the 12:1 vortech fmu as fuel management

also the day before my engine blew i was doing a burn out for DROP JAW MAGAZINE i think i kinda went a lil overboard with the burn out... started with brand new dunlop sp sport fm901 tires with 1000 miles on em... and i burned em down till i had core showing... so kinda helpd the engine at redline for quite some time... i think that's what HURT the motor... then the next morning i went driving to get some food and i really tore into the speed down this straight away right by my house and when i reached the stop sign about 1.5 miles down the road the car was clankin and sputtering and stalled out... then i started it back up... overheated... clanking and sputtering... so that's the full extent of everything that happened... but now i got a couple new cars so... the tibs getting junked... later

If you are junking the WHOLE CAR for the engine, why not sell it off to one of us?

 

yea... put it up for sale.. there are a LOT of people who would love interior, exterior, and even some of the mechanical bits. Do not make a yard all the richer by giving them an almost perfect tib.
