Ignore the windshield comment I believe my post got misconstrued. My point is this, most shops / mechanics in small shops (In my area) will not replace parts unless told specifically. The reason shops use this is for when the client receives the bill, and notices parts replaced that they had not requested. The client then informs the labourer that they were not informed about the "extra parts", and refuses to pay the bill. As i mentioned before he should have informed you about the seal needing to be replaced. That's awesome that he did end up replacing the seal! Now do it yourself next time!

Ok, Great. IT'S LEAKING AGAIN. Now this time, I smell burning transmission oil. Off to "warranty" work again.
