if your not getting a pluse then your crank is not wired correctly.

i will double check that again. crank signal a and b are the same wire. they get spliced together up higher in the wiring off the ecu. i should have pin 3 and pin 15 off the prs to those wires, correct? or do i have something switched? when i get out there next im going to list exactly how i have everything

No they are separate shielded wires, I will look at the colors and tell you exactly where they go on the prs.

It is easy to get it mixed up, trust me I had mine apart several times to check and recheck and recheck again. The Haltech on the other hand fired up first go. I contribute that to all the wiring I had done with the prs.

I have also tossed around the idea of making harness for these that would be a P-n-P deal.

Ok I have been pouring over different wiring diagrams and it seems the crank colors have changed through out the years. So you will need to look and see what the orignal color of pin 16 on the ECU was that will goto pin 15 on the PRS, and pin 43 originally on the ECU will need to goto pin 16 on the PRS.
