your #6 spidey. do you mean you disconnected the purge control valve & blew air throught those 2 hoses attached to both ends of the pcv? what does all this blowing air do 2 all these lines? i wander if the problem will arise again for you. after this you went & filled up & it didn't click off all the time & take you 10 mins to fill your tank?!

if the lines are breaking down on the inside, wont blowing air through them (for example if still attached to tank) blow particles in your tank. ill try completely removing all the hoses then blow air through em spidey.

so i managed to get what hoses i could get off of the evap canister & blew air through them from my compressor. also i checked my electrical connector on the side of the evap & the solenoid there also clicks with applied juice. disconnected the hoses attached to the purge control valve once again, & blew air through them. reconnected everything, waiting for fuel in tank to consume for next fill up. hopefully this will work. ill let ya know in a few days probably

I had the same problem until I dumped everything out of the canister. Fills up without a problem now. Went to junk yard got another canister let it dry out for a couple days installed and still taking gas.

liquid or solid you were dumping out of the canister?

If it was solid you might as well hook up a bypass for the canister as you just got rid of any function it had.

b1g, i could hear the rear solenoid moving when i applied current to it also. and just from handling the evap canister some of the coal pellets (more than some lol) spilled out, which might have helped. i'm not gonna be fixing the whole system for a while though i just had an accident sad.gif

First time I emptied all the little pellets cause they kept clogging the lines. The one I got from the junk yard was filled with water from sitting.
