i wanna make them easily removable so when im not at the track...

Easy, just make the bar removable. The mounts will be fixed/welded.

Any reason for removing them, when off the track? Clearence maybe?

you run the risk of them binding when like turning and the such

which isnt safe for daily driving

jon where do you suggest i mount them at? i cant find a underchassis pic anywhere...
