Guys I dropped by as promissed and met the owner Tom. He seems like a good guy to help start out. He's part of another BIG company, but they just do R&D work for magazines (shoot outs, dynos, etc). But his new company APE should provide some cool stuff for us. I saw his turbo charged beta, that looked cool. Big ass turbo on the front. But more than anything the place was SUPER clean. Like when you walk into the back of a high class machine shop, like in Japan, lol. This place was clean enough to sit on the floor and not get dirty. So I'm sure they wont just poop out a couple cheap parts and be done with us. THEY OWN a tib, and they want FlyRyde parts on it anyway, so regardless I'll be working with this dude. I'll be your guys mediator with APE. Aside from that all their stuff will find its way on FlyRyde.com. But I'll deal directly with you guys to Tom. Anything needs to be asked, said, etc. give it to me, and I'll give it to Tom. OR just be like Viper and hit him up. Nice dude. So yeah I think this new company is a bit promissing. I mean the shop they work out of must be 10,000 a month rent. Its in a nice part of town wink1.gif

ditto.

I want it!!

upgrading all my suspension... mmmmm......

Chris, take to him the pic from proturbotiburon..... the design is awsome for us!!
Oh yeah, please ask him about the posbibility/need of using struts instead of bars...

And chris, what about these under-car h-braces (or chassis support) ?

And ask them about beafy c-pillar reinforcements!! and strut bars with a connection for floor support.

Yep. thats it.

Yep. thats it.

If you really wanna get that anal about bracing, then you might as well weld in a rollcage, or have someone weld in some bars to your frame wherever you want them.

I'm very close to building my own since they're so easy to make. Any word?
