I'm scanning the pictures right now.

As for the claim process I had to gather information such as the pictures and original invoice. So for that I'm going to print out paypal records since I don't have an actual invoice. I also had to wait on my boyfriend to take the pictures and give me the claim form so thats why I was delayed. I will have him file the claim tomorrow.

Now the thing Im confused about is when I file the claim, are they going to give me money or you money? And you said you would send me another hood, I'm assuming thats after the claim is filed. So if fedex gives me money, then I would obviously give it back to you for the new hood. I'm just not sure how this is going to work so if you could clarify it for me that'd be great. Also would you like me to e-mail you the pictures or post them here?

Hi Rick,

this is Chris. I just wanted you to know that I'll pick up the hood soon, my mother went into the intensive care unit this weekend, and needs a serious operation. So I've been sticking by home and the hospital with her as much as possible. Thats why I've yet to pick up the hood. But I'll be by sometime this week. Thanks man.

 

Yeah...I did wonder what happen to you after last Friday. I was gonna call you today, but then I thought you must have reason.

the moldings... hmm, how much would those go for? if they were like half price than i would possibly give it a shot.

1 is for Tibbychick replacement. So, 3 left. No more stock at Zefiro unless do a GB and order more.

Both FRP or Carbon Fiber (not available) hand laid type is from mold. You can't make any hood or any body kits w/o mold.

How about $490. This price is consider to be PRE-PAY discount, since product only available 1st week of September after arrive here at end of this month.

Trucking charge is $165 to business address to Centra Eastcoast area.

MUSSA told me about sending products by wooden crate only, because they have so many problems with trucking company toss products around.

I will be doing the same from now on, so I can avoid potential problems during transit by making custom wooden crate too for any frp products I send out.

 

hmm, i think you might have a deal but i have yet to give an answer. howabout when they arrive at the end of the month? fiberglass is very good, and light. so it would cost $625 total? if it wasn't for that trucking part i'd be totally in. what about UPS? hmm, i have to give it some thought. i'm about 70%
