QUOTE (REDZMAN @ Jun 12 2007, 07:21 PM)
Maybe also a closeup so we can see how his address was input into the paper, their addresses are confusing and it could have been misdelivered.

I copied it right off of their site just as Jay advised me to.
Anyways I should have just mailed it to you because you could have gotten it to them sooo much easier I am sure.
I'll take the pics right now. The carbon copy I have is hard to see/read, and even harder to get a pic of.

Delivered on May 8th? This would have been about 7 days after it was shipped (UPS had to tranfer it to USPS). GRRRR! If it goes unclaimed or delivered it is suppose to come back to me. If it was delivered I sure would like to know who the hell to. Someone owes me some money for this unit.

Most of that address looks right, except for a few small things.

I'm almost guaranteeing you this got delivered to the wrong place and either sold or thrown out.

After going round and round with the post office and SFR about this magical BBTB that went missing I called and put an official track on the package. The post office in Korea swears up and down it WAS delivered. The post office said the only thing there is left to do now is start a .delivery dispute' where I sign an affidavit swearing I never received the package back, have SFR sign an affidavit swearing they never received the package in the first place, and then start another long dispute process that will probably end up with me not getting anything anyways (my worker says I should get the insurance claim this way).
It amazes me how it was insured and yet they have no official way of tracking it. What the hell did I pay for the insurance for then? They should be able to say Nope nobody signed for it, your check is in the mail Mr. DePetro.

SFR could you at the very least type me an official letter swearing that you never received the BBTB in question? I just ordered a gunmetal accelerator pully this morning (agaist my better judgement) so you could simply toss it in the package when it ships to me?? So we can both get some closer to this matter. This situation has been impossible to work with! No more shipping anything overseas for me. I should have either just sold it and ordered a new one or shipped it back to REDZ and he could have shipped it to you guys (best choice). Oh well hopefully if SFR complies this should be settled once and for all.

they should have send you a postage paid label. i dealt with two companies that made mistakes. they both sent me a postage paid sticker so all i had to do was stick the label on the package and give it to the post office. SFR should have sent you a postage paid label to have it shipped back.

i don't know why they didn't just do that.

Yep, that will be the only way I return anything mail/internet order now.

Would have saved both sides a lot of headaches.

That's the usual from the USPS. They say it was delivered, but can't say WHO it was delivered to, or show a signature.

As for what WE should do, we can't do that from Korea. Korean Post doesn't work that way (prepaid shipping labels), and I have no way of doing so through USPS. This is why I wanted it shipped to me, as I've shipped several items to Korea, and they've gotten there. One misplaced letter, word, anything in the address, it goes to a different place blocks away.

Anyways, you should have asked for this letter before you ordered, Jay may have your item shipped out before he sees this. I'll ask him for you though.

Hello
Your order was sent out before I saw this thread without knowing the order was placed by you.
Note my guys pack and ship the packages so I could not have any idea.. Again you could have emailed us prior to the order as we've made an announcement here on RDtiburon.com for reaching us faster.

Please note we've never recieved your BBTB back here
As redzman stated above one word could make big difference here in Korea where most of people could not read or speak English. We are more than willing to help you out here, so if need a letter from us saying we've never received the package please let us know in detail what kind of words you need from us by email
You could email us at seoulfulracing @ yahoo.com (no space)

P.S: there is no prepaid postage for international shipping in Korea and I am sure that is the same for any other countries in the world. Note we do pay for the shipping if anything was our fault and customer has to return the products back to us.
We do either give store credit or send a payment by paypal.

Mad Jon do you realize what you posted? 1-2 weeks extra. It has been MONTHS.

I shipped it out in April of 2007 and it was supposedly delivered on May 8th 2007. You posted in October 2007. No customs is that slow.
