He's a good and relatively trustworthy guy, but it can take awhile to contact him... Took over 2 months for me to order the phenolic spacer to getting my refund because it never shipped.
Just be persistant and he'll get to you eventually.

Ok got a call from him (after opening a PayPal dispute), he said it was shipped to the wrong address and it came back. He said he will ship again. We'll see what happens.
