This really looks bad but i just wanted to say he is comming through with us on the SAMCO hoses. I'm supposed to recieve mine tomorrow, i'll let you guys know.

This user, phantomHP registered on our website, www.rdtiburon.com to sell some hard to find parts for our cars in group discount sales to our members. The user was supplied with a list of parts that we were interested in, and the part numbers for a set of exhausts made by ApexI. These were to be special ordered and in our hands within a few months. http://www.rdtiburon.com/index.php?showtop...0&start=340 Parts were paid for, by at least 6 members of our site, and to this date, none of us have received anything. At least one member in Texas bought in the sale also, and was made to pay sales tax, for a part that still hasn't arrived. We've been given good updates for the first month or so, then they've practically disapeared from our site. I've requested a refund, as it's been almost 6 months now, and they cannot prove that they've ever even paid for the items from the Manufacturer. They have also done the same thing with some Radiator hoses for sale on our site, with at least 2 or 3 members out $140 each for those. Their phone # is now disconnected, and they aren't answering emails. We've come to find out during this sale that they owe thousands of dollars to several members on our website and a few others for PAST products that they've never shipped.

well its past june 1st... sorry phantom, but you are done as a vendor on here as soon as EVERYONE that wanted their money back gets it back. you will now be placed under a non trustworthy dealer on these forums, and i will do my best to make sure you dont make any other sales.
