I'm thinking about taking Socks's advice, and ask for the money back, and take the 45 min. trip to Dyno&Performance and have them make me a custom catback.

 

I REALLY want this Apexi exhaust but this is starting to get ridiculous. Actually it became ridiculous a while ago. I can't go much longer without either getting an exhaust or getting my money back. I honestly think that everyones money should be refunded asap. Then when/if the exhausts get in and proof is shown (pics and all) they can be sold with dibs going to those in the original GB. That's just what I think needs to happen right now because it's been far to long of a wait, and Phantom seems to have problems posting updates or even saying hi here. This just doesn't seem like a smart way to do busines to me. Especially for someone who had problems in the past and is trying to get their name back in good light.
Phantom, you're really killing yourself here. I suggest you do something soon. And telling us how busy you have been, or that the exhausts are on the way won't do anymore. We need to hear something new and soon.

 

I guess everyone gave up hope on these. No offense to Phantom, but I don't see his company being very sucsefull in the near future and I'd hate to do this, because this is a taking so long, but I'll just wait it out and hope this comes Before October 6th & the 7th for when my Tib will be the showcase of Spark in the Ozarks to tell everyone that this show isnt just about trucks...It needs to look PREFECT by then. (No dash popping out, Needs wheel spacers, needs to look lower, Needs window tint, you get the picture.

 

Sorry I haven't helped guys, it's been hectic this week starting a new semester of school at 2 colleges, I will work on this on Friday for SURE.

 

i think beginning of june; June 1st would be a great deadline for tracking numbers for these exhausts.

If there is no tracking numbers, or any REAL information, except hearsay by then, who would want their money refunded?

This is way past ridiculous, and I have made some local calls to someone who can get this exhaust system, and told them about this situation, and they said hell no, this is just a bunch of crap. I know some people at this company personally (motovicity) and they not only said bull when i told em how long they were waiting, but within 2-3 days got back with me about a time frame that I would be able to receive an exhaust if i ordered. I also would have to put almost NO money down up front for an exhaust, they would order it, then i would pay for it.

 

Well, SOCKS, can you start pestering Phantom via Email and phone daily till we get an answer? I'm contacting a lawyer as we speak.

i do email contact, but im not bothering with the phone. i have contacted people thru phone before, and i usually somehow get BS'd into believing them. ill email them tomm. morning and just get what i need out of em. if i don't have a returned email, with a REAL update within two days, the deadline WILL be JUNE 1st.

After that deadline, if we have NO real updates, or PROOF these exhausts exist, i will ask for EVERYONES money back (pending their choice) until solid proof of these exhausts are shown (ie pictures, shipping slip); OR Phantom will lose their vendor privelages, they will be noted in the 'trustworthy sales' thread as DO NOT DEAL WITH, and i will pursue it to the max that i can.

so far, after june 1st, if there is no updates, the following want the money back IN FULL, including ANY fees:

1. Redshark_tiburon
2. type2ac
3. landshark 16

What kind of time frame were you given by your contact to get an exhaust? I think people might be interested to go through your guy depending on price and time frame. I know I still want this exhaust just without all the bullshit that came along with this GB.

Sheesh I thought my post was a relative solution to the exhaust problem.... in any case, may I now recieve apologizes from those who got on my case for wanting my money back when it was 3 months in?
