i have nothing to do with this thread but i've looked at some other forums tonight and mazda , hyundai , dodge(just to name a few) have had some real problems with this vendor and on elantra xd someone was trying to get refunds or products from phantom for a long time. i don't know them so in no way am i trying to bash them and hopefully they come through

 

You can put me down for a FULL refund of $595. I already sent an email about, then Phantom even responded by PM but it had nothing what so ever to do with the subject of the email.

KAW, no apologies for you, you were being impatient, and now its just getting past the point of anyones patience, and since you withdrew there has been nothing but BS fed to us.

Phantom, you will be getting an email momentarily. If you dont come through on this, I will personally make sure you sell as minimal amount of products AS POSSIBLE anywhere on the net.

UPDATE: I sent an email to phantom today. they will definately get the idea of what they better do to make this happen quick.

nice, sounds typical of shady online business's.. well, i told them i would give them a couple days to reply..

if they don't, ill demand money back, if no money is refunded by june 10th, i say we go after them legally. if that doesn't work, ill spend my time tarnishing their name all over the net, to help insure they will never screw anyone over again.

so far, phantom owes 2245$ pending the deadline date.
