cool thanks for all the help.... i guess i'll be saving for this kit for a little while. i dont know that much about turbo kits so is it worth getting the ss equal length manifold and one of the 2 wastegates that it offers? if so what is that going 2 do for me ?

The equal length will give you more gains versus the log style, at a min it will give you a 40whp gain at the same boost level as the log.
The 2 wastegates that are offered are the spring settings for the min on the wastegate.

I think 7 psi is what you get in the beggining. what do you mean how close?
sell the kit man and use money for the turbo kit

Ok, I was away from the computer for a bit. The .4bar will put you around 5psi and the .6bar around 8psi.
As far as a safe level to run on the stock motor, I would say 10psi, with that being said I'm currently running 13.5psi on my stock internal motor. I would however recomeend a MSD DIS2 for anything over 10psi.
As for the GT28rs it is a faster spooling turbo (Dual BB), alot more $$$.
Here is a comparison of the 2 maps, one for the GT28RS and the T3/T4E in the Kit:

So the equal length is that much better? Im going to get your kit and was probably just going to get the log style cuz of the $$. Will the log still give me good performance or is the equal length worth my money, try not to realize you ge that money lol j/k.
so if i want to run more boost i should get the tial 38mm .6 bar instead of the .4 bar? also is there a big difference between the Greddy and HKS turbo timers? also whats the diffence between the T3/T4E and the T3/TO4E ????? also is this turbo a ball bearing turbo?
