Revamping the fuel system
^ Very true, you see alot of people with different applications running the same size injectors, just because they run higher or lower fuel pressure, more or less pressure equals more or less fuel per injector pulse.
Adjustable is the only way to go! Never have i heard of a quality AFRP have adjustment issues!

The problem is in the way the adjustables work. like all things in automotive industry it is a trade off. The adjustables have to decrease internal diameter to increase pressure reducing flow. They cannot maintain the same flow as a non adjustable because of this inherent design. Nonadjustables can have stock flow while upping the pressure. FPR is designed to ensure proper pressure to the fuel rail is maintained. But you can't have pressure build up with out prper flow if your injectors demand more then the system can flow. So that slight bump in PSI on an adjustable unit decreases flow= At high demand potential flow cannot keep up with the new demand. limiting the effectiveness of the whole system. Yes most will never run into enough of a problem to worry about this but can sometimes cause enough of a fuel starvation to keep teh engine running at peak performance. And this hurts when you exceed the built in units of the tuner software as it begins to scale back to handle that drop of flow. Or if you remove the safety features causes a way too lean mixture and can lead to early engine failure (not likely that extreme but possible). This is most apparent when you run a big turbo on e85. I didn't figure it out until messing with my bodies honda and his adjustable fpr and the data kept showing the car was running too lean under heavy load took it to the local honda expert and he popped on a higher rated nonadjustable fpr and then ran through the tune showing the lean condition was corrected. He then explained it better then I am but that is the general idea.
i guess i understand your concern, but even with the reduced diameter of the adjustable, you would never have to worry about 'out flowing' it in a tiburon.. if you were ever worried about it, you could get a adjustable FPR with a bigger feed size like a -10 instead of a -6. you wouldn't even have to worry about it, i assume until around 500hp which no one has hit in a beta on here. (that i know of)
again, i understand the theory, but the real world need or concern in a tiburon is just not there unless you were building some crazy application.. and even then, just opt for a higher flowing adjustable regulator and you will never have area for concern..

Would a 500hp tib do anything productive but smokey tire burnouts? Like I said most people will never see this happen but once you start pushing past the 275hp mark I would say most adjustables using stock line size will start to show up as less then optimal air to fuel ratios due to lean fuel condition. I know ever engine/car/setup is different and I haven't messed much yet with the tib aor the dsm applications to speak of.

Fill stations in my area isnt a problem, and it isnt a dd so no problem there.
so with a 300-400whp goal what injectors should i be in the market for with e85.

620 if you get a 255 Wlabro and you can crank up fuel pressure!
And 750's if you wanna be able to have a little play room, would be best as for injector life, they usually like to run around 40 percent of max load. So these should be good!
These are P&P

i'd go with a 255lph walbro, 62lb accel injectors (~650cc @ 43psi)
300-400whp is a broad goal, but the 650cc should be good, and if you needed a little more, just up the pressure a bit.
a 62lb injector @ ~48psi would be around 685cc
get some prolite hose (or equal) also so you don't have to worry about deterioration and an FPR that is alcohol safe.
just an FYI, I could do you an entire setup for 620$ shipped.
It would include everything in the FPR kit, but use the pro-lite braided hose and AN fittings, a painted/tapped fuel rail and 4-62lb injectors that would be a plug and play.
Basically would include all of this:

but it would have the upgraded nylon braided fuel line (lighter than SS braided) AN instead of push lok fittings and 62lb injectors (~650cc)
for 110$ more I could include a 255lph fuel pump kit that includes everything you need to install it including the filter and a new piece of hose with clamps. although, i believe there are better deals on fuel pumps on ebay.
here is the hose i am talking about:

you can also get the fittings in black/black, black/gold, red/blue, nickel or polished.
SS braided is also an option, but i think the nylon braided looks better and it is lighter weight.

Snag it while you can, i garuntee you wont find a deal like that any where else, And E-85 will help you make atleast and extra 40 WHP so its not a bad gig, but you can source the pump of ebay, they have full kit cheap, just make sure you get a real walbro, the knock offs work and flow good, they just are very loud!
