Sweet install!

It seems like you're still running on polymounts. Any specific reason for that?

I got some solids made, but I'm still mildy nervous that putting down lots of power will just rattle the car to pieces.

^^ I usually take lots of trips during summer, usually 6 plus hours of driving, My wife and I are approaching 50, solid mounts would just make our ride rougher. The polys are great for daily(almost stock feel) and perform at the track as well..

more pics...

Nice, you should be good for a bit on the 840's.

"Power goals? "

Not expecting a whole lot more than my present 300,My head is stock,I'll be happy with a safe 310/320 on a mustang dyno for now...

Looks good Regit! You should be able to make around 400 whp on an E85 tune with 840cc injectors. I had 870's and made 426/399 with them on a mustang dyno (on E85 at 25 PSI), but they were at 100% duty cycle above around 6500 rpm. My ID2000's are at about 60% on E85 at 30 PSI...

Head work really isn't 100% necessary to make good power on a turbo setup. I've only had mild port work done, and the oversize valves can't realistically make too much difference...

Turn up the boost!

Like I said before, go with big injectors and never switch again. I'm not sure what the problem was, but there should have been no reason to not get large injectors to idle on the Haltech. You might want to get some 1600cc's.

The stock head will flow enough for at least 450whp, probably more. Tim dyno'd 430whp on a stock head.

If you want to be "reliable", you could boost that engine up to 400whp as long as you keep the RPM at factory level. Valve float comes into play shortly after. But, an $80 valve spring swap can cure it.
