Are you running 205's? You should look into R888's in 215 or 225. They don't last long, but they stick on the streets.

 

ran Kuhmo extcas for one summer, lasted 2 months on the street after 1 track session lol... I plan to hit the dyno soon.. heres some recent random shitty phone pics

I really wish you would open her up and hit 400whp! Such a shame to see a built motor hitting powerlevels that a stock motor could achieve.

 

Ha ha Jon,....Where are all these 300 stock builds ?...oh, they didnt last 8 years, Maybe a dyno pull,and a few weeks on the street lol....remember , my head is stock and I dont, think I cant get 400 out of my lil intercooler and turbo.

 

Mine lasted several years daily driven about 60 miles a day. And I'll admit it was a horrible tune with stock ignition. I think I may have had spark blowout based on how badly it was running on high boost. Wish I could replicate the problem again just to know for sure. Now clutches were what didn't last a few months at a time.

 

I can't wait to see your beast put down big Numbers Jon !!..We have different goals for Our tibs, You want a powerhouse and a 10 sec time, I just want a fast tib,but with stockish luxuries so my wifey and I can enjoy driving it and long road trips dont have the "race car feel"....Hard to have both, I ts to the point now where she complains about the stiff coilovers and smell after boosting lol..

 

Haha, my wife complains about the open exhaust smell in the garage. Sometimes it seeps into the house, then she gets really pissed.
