Did alittle more investigating today. The turbobox does have some issues. In the SMT the throttle deflection moves rather easily. But with the turbobox on, it almost seems like it is hesitant, any idea's Denis? Also, I am having some weird issues with idling. As stated before, my fuel pressure regulator is set at 40psi for idle. Off the intake manifold I have the boost gauge>wastegate>MAP sensor>BOV. Is this too much for the one line to handle. I noticed on my boost gauge when idling the engine wants to go to -2 and then die.

just be sure the white and purple wires are correctly hooked up,one wire is hooked up to the tps and smt-6 and the other wire is hooked up to the ecu
sorry, can't help you more with wiring diagrams,i'm stil ltrying to recover a few files over here, but Jay_m did post one up that is correct

Nate is also having a problem with it and i'm trying hard to figure out what is happening with those..looks like they don't love to be shipped outside 02.gif

fuel pressure should be around 37 psi with vacuum applied to the regulator and 45 psi without vacuum hooked up (engine running)
i always try to to use the same vacuum/pressure point for the fpr /wastegate and bov
most bov leak a bit so this affect the fpr

you can hook up the fpr, boost gauge and map sensor on the same spot
and hook up the bov and wastegate to the same spot without problems

Car is finally running properly and inspected. On my old turbo setup, I ran the MAF on the air intake pipiing without issues. That is what seemed to cause my running rich and stalling issues. I moved the MAF to the charge piping right before the throttle body and it did wonders for the run time on the car. After getting the car inspected and running around for 100 miles tonight, I found out I may have bad seals in my turbo. I plan on purchasing one soon to replaced this. I have a 7psi tune currently on the car, but it seems to be running a bit lean, I have a 9psi MAP I will be running tomorrow to see what happens. More pictures to come.

Car runs 100% perfect now. I was having issues not getting any RPM's in the SMT6 while the car was running. Thanks to Jay-M I switched around a wire and everything is working fine. I am running 9psi without issues under 12.5 WOT. I need to say a BIG thanks to Denis and John for all their help!
